TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by KDPInteriors.co.uk (“KDPInteriors” or “Company”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you are unwilling to accept the terms and conditions herein, please do not use the Site. By using the Site, you are agreeing to abide and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS

KDPInterior’s products (“Products”) are digital downloads only. Once you complete your purchase and payment is processed, KDPInteriors will email you a link to download the Products that you purchased. KDPInteriors will email a download link or links to the email address you provided to KDPInteriors at the time of your purchase. KDPInteriors will typically send the email with the download link or links within a few minutes after your purchase is processed. Your downloads will also be available online on your account.
KDPInteriors may also occasionally provide you with a discount code that is valid for a limited time. The terms of any discount code, including its valid dates, will be provided in conjunction with the discount code.
KDPInteriors does not honour discount codes in combination with the bundle tool. Only one discount can be applied to any purchase. If you submitted a discount code in connection with your purchase, but did not receive the discount, please contact us via Live Chat and we can try to help resolve the matter.
There is no limit on how many Products you may purchase in a transaction.

USE OF OUR PRODUCTS

When you purchase a Product, your use of the Product is governed by the terms of KDPInteriors License Agreement (“License Agreement”). To review the terms of KDPInteriors License Agreement, 

PRICING

Prices are shown on our Site or on the shopping cart are in great British Pounds (GBP).
Prices displayed on the Site at the time of your purchase will be honoured except in the exceptional case where obvious error occurs. KDPInteriors strives to ensure that all prices listed on the Site are accurate. However, KDPInteriors does not guarantee that all prices are error-free and it reserves the right to correct any errors found. If KDPInteriors discovers an error in the price of any Products that you purchased, KDPInteriors will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If KDPInteriors cannot reach you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
If your credit card, debit card or Paypal account is not denominated in Great British Pounds, the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your card issuer and/or PayPal in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer and/or PayPal processes the transaction. Service charges may be charged to your credit card, debit card or Paypal account. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your card issuer, PayPal.

PAYMENT

KDPInteriors accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In addition, KDPInteriors also accepts payment through PayPal.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorised user of the card, PayPal account used in connection with your purchase. If your card issuer, Paypal refuses to authorise payment to KDPInteriors, then KDPInteriors shall not be responsible for fulfilling your order or any consequences resulting from non-fulfilment.
